OK so like 2 years ago, I fell in Pathmark (they didn’t clean it up, have a wet floor sign or anything) and went to the hospital. Nothing was broken or sprained, thank god, and I was referred to therepy and checkups those to which I didn’t go to because of a phobia of one and the uncomfortableness of the other.

I went to the lawyer’s like last month and answered some questions. He said I could get 7500 out of this case if they settle. Mind you I’m 14.

Is this right? Do you think Pathmark will settle for that much, lower or even higher? How much does this guy get anyway?

I calculated it and if he gets half, I get 3500. I already have parent hounds drooling for it, even asking me to get them a car… Ha! Hell no.

So, how do you think I should manage this money? (Spend 1000 and save the rest, I thought about)
