   I hope it is a sign of things to come. Why shouldn’t dishonest lawyers; like John Edwards, face punishment for their dishonest lawsuits.

   A law suit settlement loan will come into action the most if you are suing a larger company like insurance corporation who has additional cash and legal resources than you do. Sometimes they will decide this by calling your counsel and talking about the case. Many times accidents occur, or folks harm you and you have entitlement to a settlement of some kind.
